Meet Eva It Comes Down to the People

Eva Brurberg is Payroll Manager in the HR department at VENI Energy Group. During her 25 years with the company, she has observed major changes, in the Group as well as the energy industry.

"This is a company and a sector in constant development. As a payroll manager, I’m expected to be an advisor to both the organization and management, and it is important that I keep up to date on trends, laws and regulations."

Reflecting on why she has been with the company so long, Eva highlights the working environment and the company’s values.

"Here I am seen, heard and appreciated as an employee. Our core values – customer focus, engagement and reliability – are not just words, they unite us and shape our path to our success. Personally, I’ve been encouraged to take on new challenges all the way. I really enjoy being a part of the HR team and like to contribute to social gatherings and trips.
